Water and heating, basic electricity usage, lighting of the inside and outside Building, including the parking areas and Collonges Terrace. Electricity charges for unusual additional lighting, lasers, light shows, projections, etc. will be billed to the client.
Cleaning the reception rooms, kitchens, Terrace, Courtyard, etc. Should more than 4 hours with 5 persons be required, there will be an additional charge of Frs 250.00 +VAT per hour.
Set-up and take-down on the day of the event, upon availability.
We are in close contact with different partners and suppliers and we would be happy to make recommendations to make your event at Portes des Iris an unforgettable one.
