PdI offers several different cooking programs for groups of up to 120 persons in two specially equipped professional kitchens. Each can be tailored to your specific needs and the time available.
One attractive option, a Tuscan cuisine workshop, is run by Seamus de Pentheny O’Kelly, a famous chef, who runs a cooking school in Chianti – (consult his website www.chiantikitchen.com).
Participants are offered wine upon arrival and a short introduction to the particularities of Tuscan cuisine. Toques and aprons are provided, which can be customized.
The next ninety minutes are spent preparing and cooking a variety of dishes under Seamus’ lively and amusing supervision. Once ready, the participants feast on the delicacies they have prepared.





Finally, upon departure, everyone receives a cookbook and a certificate.
